Shaun and Hayley, who had recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, found themselves in a dilemma of choosing the perfect property for their family of five. Renting temporarily while exploring different areas, they had specific requirements in mind. Their ideal property needed to accommodate their immediate family, have a granny flat for Shaun's parents, and provide a separate space for their oldest child to run a home beauty business.

With a budget of $1.2 million, they began their search from Bokarina down to Golden Beach and its surrounding areas. The plan was to build a second level to serve as the main home, while the existing lower level would house the granny flat. Additionally, a converted garage would provide the ideal space for their eldest child's home beauty business. Located just a short stroll away from the beach, the family was excited to embrace the Sunshine Coast lifestyle in their new home.
