Does a property with a pool add perceived value?
Is buying a property in Queensland with a pool worth the money? Does a property with a pool add perceived value?
The answer to this question really depends on personal preference and an individual's needs. In general, having a pool can add perceived value to a property, both in terms of the actual sale price and the amount of interest a property may attract. However, it may also lead to additional costs for maintenance and upkeep. Therefore, it is important to consider all of the associated costs and potential benefits before deciding whether or not buying a property with a pool in Queensland is worth the money.
I have lived in the beachside suburb of Buddina on the Sunshine Coast for 21 years and I only had an inground pool built in 2021 as I have two small kids and as great as the beach is, its not always doable, especially on a really hot summers day. So, I personally have no regrets about installing a pool and I would definitely buy a property with a pool in the future.
