Helping an older gentleman relocate from Brisbane was a rewarding experience!

He was on the lookout for a standalone house to enjoy his retirement and wanted to be on the eastern beachside of the highway, all on a tight budget.

Before we could proceed with the purchase, we collaborated with a local Brisbane agent to ensure his property was sold, setting us up for a smooth transaction.

The competition was intense in the entry-level market, with this particular home receiving three offers and a contract with a sunset clause just an hour after the open home.

Our client was a bit hesitant, but we emphasised the need to act fast in this market. After numerous calls and negotiations, we secured the property by offering better terms without a sunset clause.
