Two properties for one client - what a great result for these buyers!

Baxter & Mason Property Buyers Agent had the pleasure of assisting clients Kay, Mick, and Sophie in their property search. With Kay and Mick residing several hours away from the Sunshine Coast it was paramount that we carried out all of the inspections, research, due diligence and negotiation on their behalf as time wasn't on their side.

Initially hired to find a first home for Sophie, the journey took an unexpected turn as we also helped them secure an investment property for Kay and Mick.

Two properties for the one buyer!

The first property, an investment, a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with breathtaking views from Mount Coolum to Cotton Tree Beach, was secured in just 6 days through an off-market opportunity.

The second property, located in Sunrise Beach, took a bit longer to find due to high competition in the market. Despite a few setbacks, we were able to secure a lovely ground floor unit in the ideal location for Sophie and her first home.

Working with this family was a delight, and we are excited to continue assisting them in their future property endeavors.
