Baxter & Mason Property Buyers Agent had the pleasure of working with some wonderful clients who came to me through Sof & Chris at Town Property. They were on a tight budget and had a bit of a tricky situation to navigate. The group consisted of a mother, her adult daughter, and the daughter's boyfriend. They initially wanted a three-bedroom, one-bathroom townhouse with a budget of $700K, and they were flexible about locations, considering Sippy Downs, Maroochydore, Buderim, and nearby suburbs. One of the key factors was that one of them didn’t drive, so being close to public transport or within walking distance to work was essential.

After realising that the $700K budget was quite limiting, they decided to consult their mortgage broker again, which led to an increase in their budget to $850K+. This change opened up many more options for them, making it much easier to find a property that fit their style and needs. Within just three weeks, we managed to secure a brand-new townhouse in Maroochydore, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for two cars. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from all the amenities the area is known for, including Sunshine Plaza, schools, and restaurants, all nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

We faced a few bumps along the way, like delays in getting the contract sorted and a hiccup with a crucial step in the CMS, plus a name change on the contract. But finally, our clients' financing went unconditional! It was definitely a challenge to find a property that met the tastes and requirements of all three buyers, but we pulled it off.
