Josh Halley’s journey into the world of property began at the age of 21 when he made his first property purchase, an investment that would lay the groundwork for future opportunities and a pathway to financial freedom. Josh has seen first-hand the importance and value of property investing as a wealth creation tool.  Having bought and sold numerous properties, both as an owner-occupier and as an investor, has enabled Josh to leverage and build upon his financial position consistently through each experience.

Josh’s experience extends beyond personal investment to his time spent as a Real Estate Sales Agent which he started in 2020. This role deepened his understanding of the market and the essential contributions of every stakeholder involved in a property transaction. His time in real estate sales provided him with unique insight into the behaviours of buyers and sellers, along with a deep understanding of the roles that conveyancers, banks, valuers, mortgage brokers, building inspectors, town planners, and other professionals play throughout a sale.

This knowledge has proved invaluable in Josh's transition to his current role as a Buyer’s Agent, where he now leverages his comprehensive understanding of the market to help clients navigate the complexities of property buying transactions with confidence.

Throughout this journey, from personal investments to working as a selling agent, Josh has gained invaluable insights into the financial and practical aspects of property investment. His experiences have taught him key lessons around financial management and the importance of research and strategic investment. He has developed over time, a well-rounded set of hands-on skills and understanding of how to address any issues or concerns with property purchasing.
